We continue the series on 1 Samuel “In Search of a King”. Up until now we looked at Samuel’s life, and then at the rise and fall of Saul. With chapter 16 we begin a new part in the book and the history of salvation. We are introduced to David in order to see that God looks at the heart, not at the appearance.
