In our discussion of the book Nehemiah we come to ch. 3 and are acquainted there with a team. It consists of 38 people with hard-to-pronounce names coming from 42 unknown to us places. This list is important not only from historical point of view but also because it has some important spiritual truths and lessons for us.
We will see that this was a healthy team of workers who had a common goal, didn’t think of themselves, paid a price snd received the reward of God’s approval.
